Grand County Colorado

Grand County, Colorado contains the village of Grand Lake. This small town is located on the shore of a huge natural lake and is the only place to find a live professional theatre in the area. Read More

Grand County contains many great attractions, one of which is the town of Granby. This place is the focal point of the county, and the commercial mainstay of the area. Granby is home to many small businesses and restaurants that make visitors feel right at home in one of the busiest parts of the county.

Granby is located at the intersection of the county's two major highways, which is probably a major reason why it has transformed into the region's crossroad for tourists and commerce. A large number of the county's most popular attractions, such as Winter Park Ski Resort, Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Hot Sulphur Springs, are about 20 miles away from the town. Granby is the best place to begin exploring everything the county has available.

Skiing and Snowboarding
Grand County has some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the country at Winter Park Resort and SolVista Golf and Ski Ranch.
