Steamboat Music Tent Concerts
Steamboat rocks in January with an incredible lineup of concerts at the Steamboat Music Tent, located at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area! The Steamboat Music Tent is an 80'x180' heated tent providing more than 14,000 square feet of indoor concert space. All concerts are all ages, and general admission with no seats. Personal cameras without flashes are allowed, although no professional photography equipment is. No recording of any kind is allowed.

Mix yourself up a musical glass of good ole’ rock’n’roll, Americana, soul, folk, roots and bluegrass and you’ll have a Ski Jam cocktail! Spend your mornings hitting the slopes and enjoying all the amenities Steamboat Springs has to offer and set aside your afternoons and nights for some of the best bands you’ll ever hear and times you’ll ever have.
Musicians of all specialties have played in the Music Tent Concerts. Indeed, under the musical direction of Yitzhak Schotten and Katherine Collier, and the artistic direction of Andres Cardenes, these concerts have included outstanding string ensembles and chamber orchestral concerts, jazz, bluegrass, country, world music and theater productions. Its performers have included Leonard Slatkin, Garrison Keillor, The Colorado Symphony, The Miami String Quartet, Hilary Hahn, Natalie MacMaster, Nickel Creek and Asleep at the Wheel.
