Denver International Airport (DIA) is one of the largest airports in the world, located only 195 miles from Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Denver services all major airlines and provides connecting and direct flights to major cities nationally and internationally. If you are renting a car and driving from Denver, take I 70 west toward Silverthorn. Turn off on exit 205 and take CO 9 north to Kremling and then US 40 west to Steamboat Springs. Despite a 3 hour drive from Denver to Steamboat Springs, flights into DIA are usually less expensive than flying into the Hayden airport.
