Fish Creek Falls

Fish Creek Falls is a very popular attraction in the area of Steamboat Springs. Being so close to town, the amazing falls bring in huge numbers of visitors each year. Have a picnic on the grounds and enjoy your day!

Fish Creek Falls is a 283-foot waterfall that is easily accessible via a short trail to the site. The steep trail leads you about 100 feet down to the falls. Of course, the journey back is all uphill so be sure to save your energy! Another trail meanders toward Upper Fish Creek Falls - this trail is a little more challenging, but it's worth the added effort.
